I guess it depends of a lot of things, if you eat a lot of sugar/process foods just cut those out, eat veggies and do cardio! (also, I believe it won't be a long-term, but if so obviously take care and maybe see a doctor ?) Much love, I hope you get to your goals!

weirdly pronounced words.
There's a word I love in French, it is composed of three vowels which have their own pronunciation. Nonetheless, somehow when combined they make another sound...which is actually the name of another vowel that is actually pronunced the same way lol. The word is EAU, pronunced as [o], the letter O is pronunced as [o]. E -->[e] A -->[a] U --> [y] ......
