From what I understand, the creation book is like a record of their whole world and the tree of yggdrasil is where the magic stem from, the four stars, east, west, north and south are like the guardians of the tree, so they are very big deal, the magician of yggdrasil however is the one that is labeled as the protector of yggdrasil so like it's a much bigger deal, MC is able to use magic even without following the strict process of conjuring magic something that only the magician of yggdrasil can do.
The hot brother is a genius in magic I assume but he got into a sticky situation that forced him to receive help from the evil east star in exchange for his mana for 3 years, it seems that the east start likes him and can't let go but he's so guarded that it turns it's attention to MC, I assume that the charm magic is from the east star, the spell in Mc's eye has 3 layers i think the other from the star and the other from the wisteria family...
