There's a lot of stigma around psychopathy. My boyfriend is a psychopath who hit 6/7 of the points on the test, a real one giving by a psychologist. The only difference is that he wants to be social. He was also tested for the potential to be a serial killer and that test came back undecided. You would not know how high he scored even if you were his best friend. Being a psychopath doesn't make you a cold blooded killer. It means you have lowered empathy and several other things that can be associated with typical traits of murders. There are many psychopaths that are just fine with a typical day to day life. The part that's wrong isn't that he's a psychopath. It's that he's a killer who doesn't want any weaknesses.
