Nope he only treats her nice in his male body. As rose he is constantly Tsundere. Voltaire who is friends with Apple loses her right to stay. Apple keeps bothering Rose to help but Rose tells her that this is how this place works. She keeps putting rose in an awkward position so she sends her off to Lurrier to be "trained" as a lady in waiting and Rose now has a maid from Lurrier.
Bitchy Red head started rumors Rose is the illegitimate child of the four Queen and Lurier head (because she looks like the queen) I mean she is half right the queen is technically his mom. So now people are ostracized her.

He is. He cares about her but doesn't show it cause he's shy. Nothing is abusive about that. When did he even do that? As far as I remember, when Rose fails, he always transforms to Killian and saves her from it.
If he can treat her nicely as Killian, even if he doesn't mean it, then why can't he show it as Rose? And how is he not abusive? I haven't observed him being anything but.
At first, he was trying not to have any attachment to her. He used her family name because he has his goals (as said in the manhwa). He plans to compensate it by keeping Apple and her, safe. However, as he said, he starts to realize how Apple makes him feel calm(?) and like forgets his problems. In short, he is starting to like her. This reflects to him being soft-Rose after he comes back from his "trip". He listened to Apple's request of helping Charlotte. However, after he realizes his aunt doesn't like Charlotte, I guess he first thought of Apple's safety that's why the argument happened. Let's just say Rose is his shell while Killian shows his real feelings towards Apple. There is nothing abusive happening in my point of view. And most of their arguments stems from Apple's kind nature and Killian's overanalyzing self.
