I was kinda surprised that this is a manhwa and not a manhua because the art seems more consistent with what I see in manhuas. The translation is rough but you can get a general gist of what they’re trying to say.
The story is okay but not anything impressive. It feels half baked.
:( what FL said was kind of cruel to say in the moment but I get it. I’ve said things I didn’t mean out of self doubt and hurt, but the second most important thing is that she recognizes it. And the first most important thing is that she takes steps to improve herself.

I’m sure the author is gonna hit us with there having been some misunderstanding in the past later on but chapter 8 made me so sad. I know he wasn’t exactly abusive in that chapter but him not listening to her say it hurts, being on his phone right after, talking down to her about her interest in philosophy… it just makes me sad for her. It’s so realistic. I had a friend with a boyfriend like that and she just couldn’t walk away. It took him breaking up with her and kicking her out of his house for her to not go back
I will never understand the trope where a girl immediately falls for a guy who is consistently an asshole to her.
