Yes but it's usually just Mcdonalds ice cream kiosks. For the rings, I think they're in a mall, so they might be looking around there but not a the grocery part lol . I have seen jewelry sellers in a in a supermarket when we went to japan but they're fake jewelry so maybe in korea too???

While I don't know if it's everywhere the same, if you go to a hospital and ask about someone's private information you can't just get that. You'll have to give some proof to show that you are related to that person and even then you may not get this information.
