No romance, does intense bromance count??? If this was a romance genre though, it would be a harem cus Cale pretty much attracts eccentric characters his way like magnet. With Alberu being the head "wife" of the harem...though that's just shipper in me speaking, they have really good chemistry together.
I've seen comments while reading the novel that would describes Cale perfectly. He's a king's maker. Cus almost many of the characters he met, Cale pretty much schemed in the background, pulled some strings and "by chance" found opportunities for these characters to become great and powerful. Idolized like heroes even by the people.

As someone who read the novel, the huge difference is such a fucking whiplash, people aint lying when they say this might as well have been a different story from the novel...i just wish there was a proper translation/fan or official. Hey, have u finished the novel? cuz I haven't .. idk if I continue it.. as I was expecting at least more FLUFFY SCENE between the MC and his Cold Cool duke ML in the novel.. I know it doesn't have smut, or 18+ but I expected more long interaction like they have in webtoon, But they rarely even together there.. as it focused more on side characters and vassals and the game build/info. etc. or am I just impatient.. idk.
Not yet, the novel is slow burn though. It took about 40-50+ chapters till MC could finally meet the duke again and while there was some wing touching in some chapters, it took a few dozen more chapters for MC to figure out why the Duke was like that, and that what the Duke said durong the confession scene was altered. So in where i'm at right now, MC is trying to figure out his feelongs for the duke, he knows he feels affectionate but he doesn't knlw if it's romantic love.
It's a gaming focused novel, that's why i love it. There's not a lot of gaming BL so i was pissed off that the gaming mechanics, world building and such got cut off the manwha.

It’s the assassin’s family name. Ron’s original family was called Darkness, but now someone else had taken over the family. Whoever took over the assassin’s family works for the White Star and Arm. Most of the characters currently don’t know the name of the organisation. Ron only knows about Darkness. Cale obviously knows about Arm cause he read the novel.
Ehh...but in the novel i read, Ron's family is referred by a completely different name. They even credit in this whole chapter the whole terror attack, the Village massacre and Raon's imprisonment to this so called "Darkness".
It's made pretty clear that Ron's family got completely wiped out and the one rulling the underground in the eastern region is a completely new name, which is arm but it was also mentioned that arm is just a small branch called black star which is lead by someone called white star.
Yeah i'm in their wiki page right now and Ron's family name is Molan.
Here's a small summary of the family's demise.
"Molan Family is one of the top five assassin households in the Eastern continent that was destroyed by Arm and Ron was the last head of the Molan household."
I read Ron's wiki and it just says that "The residence of the former Eastern continent's greatest underworld household is currently being occupied by Arm as their secret base." It doesn't specify which family cus Molan family is one of the 5 families but it doesn't really say that Arm took their name.
Anyways, upon further digging, i found this in Arm wiki
"Arm (암, or 'Darkness' in the official manhwa translation) is the name of the organization that goes against Cale's group in Trash of the Count's Family. As the name suggests, the arm is just one limb. It is part of a larger organization—the "body" of which is the unknown original evil organization.
The majority of Arm is in the Eastern Continent since it has taken over its underworld"
Seems like darkness is from the official manwha translation for arm, idefk why they chose that cus based on the explanation on the meaning of arm, Darkness does not fit.

If it wasn't made clear enough, Siennas was the reason why Fatima rescuing the children got caught by Duke Mayee. Essentially, Siennas snitched on his mother and that's how she died..well..that's how she died on the second timeline anyways..
