I feel like I should be feeling happier but for some reason I just feel... sad? I don't know how to fully describe it. The story really could've gone two ways in the ending, and honestly, I thought that it would've turned out like the young witch predicted --> in fact that'd been what I'd expected all the way from the first chapter. Half of me is glad I was wrong but the other half of me is left feeling slightly 'empty' for a lack of better words. I feel like the happy ending was too bright and optimistic to what the rest of the story had led up to be. nevertheless, Ryan and Noah and all of those tortured souls do deserve happiness my babies *sobs*

so this is just my speculation but , I think that the 'vitamins' are some form of addictive medication like opiods or CNS depressents (sedative + causes change in personality and memory issues) . Note that side effects to drugs like these would be very mild and furthermore, Hwon gives them to woojin before sleeping so you wouldnt notice an 'effect' as such. I think Hwon used these so that the effects of the drug would make Woojin's body physically drawn to him through subtle addiction. This sort of psychology is used way more than you think. Ill explain how it works briefly wih a simpler explanation; for an example lets say you bring a chocolate to a chocolate lover everytime you saw them without mentioning anything, just acting as if its normal everyday stuff. After a while, they'd then begin to subconsiously relate your existence with feeling nice and enjoyment so that everytime they seen you, BAM instantly happier even before they recieve the expected chocolate. Without realising, they become dependent on you (the giver) for that form of enjoyment or happiness. Hwon's 'vitamins' worked exactly the same way on Woojin. Woojin changed completely and became clingy and doting upon Hwon. When they were separated for long periods of time, Woojin became aggitated, restless and needy, he memory even begun to play up. ; he became dependent of Hwon for his happiness. This is just my theory, I think the story makes a bit more sense with it.

While i do agree with you, I also think his "clingy-ness" more than doubled after the long term use took effect.
what happens next (a quick summary)
SO basically after Rei contacts Kentarou, he goes to talk with Izuki about protecting tatsuya and changing him back ect. Meanwhile Rei asks tatsuya to come over and boom as expected hes set up in the gang bang and tatsuya gets raped. he kinda just zones out and looses it until kentarou shows up. Rei tries to seduce kentarou with his mage form but kentarou quickly puts on a mask to stop himself from getting affected. Kentarou beats everyone up and comforts tatsuya. Rei and tatsuya begin fighting and izuki walks in, sees whats happens and violently scolds rei. Kentarou and tatsuya go back home and confess to eachother then have some *reasonably adult fun* and the curse from Tatsuya is lifted. (it was mentioned in about chapter 3-4 that a strong emotional state would lift the curse but wasnt specified what) . Last, Tatsuya is walking down a street and brushes by a random guy, then it cuts to the cat starting to talk to that guy in the same way this whole ordeal started. end
