I've heard that her child would be from him too! the problem is, that's part of the afterstories and for whatever reason the offical english translation of the novel didn't include those...
it's been some time since I read it, so some details are a little fuzzy, but the gist of what happens is;
god kills a different god and then the whole time travel shenanigans start. first lia gets her memories back from when she first met god and then she wakes up in a desert with him there.
his punishment for killing another god was losing his powers, which lia only realises later on. anyway a bunch of stuff happens and I don't remember why but apparently god has enough powers left to send one person back to the present (which btw is like six years later now) and he obviously sends lia. then more stuff happens and lia ends up seeing a painting of the people she met in the past, as well as him, but he looks a lot older. so his death is sorta implied since he stayed in the past (it's at least a couple hundred years).
from what I remember their story wasn't the most romantic of all either. so I can't really envision how he could ever be the father. at the end of the main story he definitely isn't there.
I just checked and his whole arc (alongside soo much other stuff) happens around season 7 chapter 8
the official translation can be read in the app radish fiction. chapters unlock for free after 3 hours, but we're still a long time away with the webtoon, so I wouldn't recommend jumping in at that point.
