he had no decendants for sure. There is a probability that those under 18 were uneffected during the time he cursed them but when they become 18 they will show systoms of yellow eyes. Also it is said that he was imprisoned and killed. so before he even left the world,he cursed everyone of them and maybe because he was the only one who couldn't use magic,any child born without magic was exempted from the curse. Now the problem is where and how did the people lose their magic? that would mean with the curse and his death,he took everyone's magic and made them normal but if any child were to be born a magician,he will inherit the curse. thats likely the only explanation

I read the comments on webtoon, and several people said that the dog was actually the brother. Because the dog has the same color as the brother's shirt. Also, the dog appear when the brother disappears.

I went back to reread it, cause I read it so fast the first time, I thought it was just about child abuse/murder. And yeah, I see it the second time. That "bubbles" has a human face and acts like a human. So, the father made the brother act and be treated like a dog (a leash, dog food, naked) and the sister wore the brother's coat to school. And the brother is sick from eating dog food and shits (maybe also sexually abused, due to the slugs and poo). And then the father abuses the sister, cause the bubbles/brother asks if she's all right. Then the brother dies and is put in the trash bab (the little cosplay ears by the trash bag). Then the sister's drawing is showing sadness and damage (the message). And the "fabrication" is that they are leaving town--so the daughter is killed after drawing that. Then the teacher gets the threat and says "okay."

Although she should go to the police anyway....but well.

It's more horrible the second reading. Wow.
