She does fall for him and she tells him, where she concedes to losing the game. In the next few chapters they will adjust to no longer sleeping with each other, and Sayo even goes to a mixer, Kiriyama has sex with one of his ex-sex friend from university but he's no longer that kind of lifestyle because he's gradually and consciously becoming aware or accepting that he loves Sayo as well (that's up to chapter 20 of the raws)
