They will go their separate ways, I believe in the last chapter or something like that Mooki and Nari will meet up or see each other in a cafe and apparently it's shown that Mooki is wearing a wedding ring indicating that he's married or about to get married. While on the other hand Nari is still single I'm not quite sure what's her status though whether she's happy and successful single or still heartbroken from their breakup
