For this particular story, as it contains elements of fantasy and magic, one cannot fully apply the human logic, but as far as logic of the human world goes, if they are from the same womb, possess the same features, and are born at the same time, this would normally mean that they are twins, human logic would never be able to explain any of this as otherwise because in the world which we live, a devil cannot magically impregnate a woman with a baby that looks like the one in her stomach.
Therefore as a human myself I would like to express this in the best way that I can describe their relationship: they are "step-twins", this conclusion arising from the fact that they are from the same mother but not the same "father".
BUT ALAS, HALF OF THEIR DNA IS STILL THE SAME, HENCE THEY ARE STILL RELATED TO A CERTAIN DEGREE, THUS MAKING THIS STEP-TWINCEST.
I rest my case.

Your honor I would like to make a conjecture. If we are going of the logic that they are STEP twins that would mean that they do not share blood. This would put them under the category of pseudo-cest which is a degree less harmful than actual incest or twincest. To outsiders looking in they are siblings but to the ones who know the whole truth (Griselda, Their Late Mother, And The Devil) this is nothing but a forbidden love between human and creature. I would like to point out it is still uncomfortable for many but easier to handle with unfolding truth.
