Since the beginning I have been think he was faking it because it would explain a few moments and some moments where he is like the old Showa.
However, from this chapter it seems he was not faking.
He was remembered then.
Taking into consideration, the doctor said he had generalized amnesia which means they may retain some memories or lose them all. Sohwa has to have kept some because he knew a few things like his relationship with Miha and sometimes was the old Sohwa. How he acted to Rihan was odd as well.
Maybe more chapters will help. It does seem he knew more than he let on but he could had amnesia..
