I read this like a few years ago when it was first released just waiting for more chapters and left it to marinate and now I’m honestly scared to read it cause I remember taeju is very problematic, should I… actually read this BL again? I see lots of people writing he’s getting char development and how he’s a “green flag” these days but I heavily doubt it since, I mean, how can you justify a toxic relationship/person am I right? Anyway, please tell me if I should read this or not and if the author does a good job writing this story
the development has been amazing. Honestly he turned around too fast once he realized he genuinely loved the uke that it’s giving me a backlash. He recognizes his own faults and knows he’s a scumbag, and is doing his most to make sure the uke lives comfortably. But till the development comes a lot of angst is in the way too. Also im same as u, i dropped it after chp20 and came back recently. So far no regret at all.
I was just thinking the same lmao, the villain's final scene had no impact whatsoever, i was really confused as to why it seemed like a comedy scene when it was supposed to be serious

Thank god that these characters aren't your standard run of the mill black haired big generic seme x uwu boy would do nothing wrong uke. It's my first time seeing a dynamic so refreshing!!!

He’s NOT A GREEN FLAG. I doubt he ever will. But he HAS had some development.
