I was not expecting this kind of scene so soon after Sieger. Though they have been simultaneously building this up alongside Sieger, I remember it was mentioned that Eclat doesn’t really talk much with her about anything other than work. I suppose it’s gonna be a pining fuck first, get to know each other later deal as opposed to Sieger’s get to know first, have marathon sex at the end deal.
Eclat has to be the type that bottles up his feelings then has them explode and unable to stop them again, I guess. I hope this will stop him from trying to hide behind the excuses duty and loyalty and propriety and finally let our FL learn about his personally.

Lorkan is obviously becoming Sol 2.0, and hes not happy with how Brian is throwing away his life just to "make a bright future for stupid Sol". Hes not happy that Brian is only thinking about Sol and not him. Hes not happy that Brian is content of dying anytime when he hasnt even lived that long enough. His mind is probably thinking "I can treat him better"
This dynamic they have now is the cause of the dynamic they have in Season 1! (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
This is why Lorkan is so determined to keep Brian / Ian away from Mana and Sol. Considering how much Ian regards Lorkan just like how much Brian Cares for Sol.He knew if Ian grew up surrounded by Mana, he would repeat his life choices.

The Guy with glasses seems like the most obvious rote because the figure of the person stalking her resembles him greatly, but frankly speaking, aside from the fact that he's too awkward around her and that he seems interested in her we know too little about him. He could be just socially awkward. But it's true that he was conveniently passing by when she was feeling uncomfortable with her junior coworker. So, too early to discharge suspition.
The Ex doesn't seem too suspicious in this situation...
Anyway, I hope for a good plot twist or at least an interesting plot, otherwise I will be greatly disappointed.
End of my long rant lol.

She’ll probably forgive him because the FL is that nice once the reveal happens. But if I were her, I’d want that man to NEVER show his face to me ever. Just because he made some pissy assumptions when she LEGALLY OWNED THAT LAND, he literally criminalised her existence, sabotaged her farm, shot an arrow at her which could have fatally hit her if she had just made a single unexpected movement and KNOWINGLY TESTED A POTENTIALLY MILITARY WEAPON OVER HER LAND.
Am I remembering this right?
He is lucky this is a light-hearted story because his bullshit law could’ve killed her. When no one is allowed to interact with you or even acknowledge you exist, how do you shop? Get supplies? Feed yourself when you can’t buy groceries? She literally came to the farm with the clothes on her back and a suitcase. The only pro to that law is she’s technically exempt from taxes?

In the novel, when the FL asked, the system stated that the author of the novel she has been given a second chance in had made a point of foreshadowing the character's futures with seemingly pointless inclusions in the descriptions. Such as the FL suddenly feeling ill and the described headaches and throes of dizziness as a hint towards her later terminal illness. The author hadn't wanted it to be "out of nowhere." which it seems is what this manhua is doing despite that.
In the novel for this adaptation, when the FL enters the classroom for the first time, she is suddenly dizzy and questions the system if that was due to her later diagnosis. (It is.) The reason she so obviously sniffs the ML (here) is that his scent which is slightly medicinal helped calm the aches and pain. Which leads to another detail that this adaptation has left out, why the ML smells medicinal. It may be mentioned later, so I won't going into too much detail, but he often takes vitamins for his insomnia. In the scene when she sits down at her desk for the first time, he wakes up and the first thing he does before even recognizing her is taking a few vitamins.
It's small details but by chapter 30 in the novel and the ML's back story is revealed, you realize why they were included.
Again, I just find it a bit unfortunate, but I will continue to read this as it's a cute story and definitely worth it.
The FL is endearing and steadfast. Someone that once she makes her decision on something is not wishy-washy in the least. It makes her a cool character to read.

Like, I do agree that a knight who blindly follows orders without ever questioning them is not a good knight. Because then you're just protecting the interests of the government, and not the governed.
AT the same time tho. The other nation is literally colonizing them lmao. How can they love it???
I know as plebs I don't care about who is in power as long as my country is prosperous, so I understand not hating them but adoring them and acting like it's nothing rings a bit strange too.
Like idk, take the old Spanish empire and latin America for example. I think they brought over a lot of culture and probably improved their level of life(yk, no human sacrifices and all that) but there was still so much injustice. Idk, maybe it's not a fair comparison on my part.
I don't even understand why they started taking over.
Maybe they said it but the shitty translation is getting to me
