Honestly, I'm the same. I never do what I should do and keep stalling until the last moment and regret it. Every. Single. Time. Yet I never learn and keep doing the same makes me wonder if I hate myself or something because I suffer everytime and decide "nah next time for sure" but then do it again️ But good luck to you!
