I pretty much have a crippling porn addiction at this point and dig further down the degeneracy. It's also been hard for me to maintain bonds (friendships). I cannot say which is the cause and effect, but I have heard there's a correlation. It's super embarrassing to admit to my therapist so I'm trying to address it by myself.

i am a type of people that will get bored when i do the same thing for some period of time for example playing games ,when i play the games after some period of time i lost interest and i didn't play any game since several years ago. i started to read yaoi since 1 years ago. now i started to lose a bit interest but i still read it. well i busy with my work now so maybe i can't read it as often as before .it's the same for me even for AV .so i will not have gambling addiction .
