the baby and the omega both survive and they are literally the cutest family everrrrr!!! the omega did have some stuff he had to overcome after he gave birth, it was hard on him mentally and physically but in the end he overcomes them with the help of the alpha and in the end they get married and the baby is super healthy and the cutest little thing ever!!!!
