I can't believe some of the comments here. Did y'all not read Kaoru's point of view? of course he's going to feel insecure. No matter how many times Hara comforted him with words, it's hard for Kaoru to believe him when Hara have never met his soulmate in the first arc. Hara needs to prove to Kaoru that even with the string attached, he won't leave him. I think that's the only way for Kaoru to finally be free from his continues doubt and insecure.
(The TRULY ONLY way I think is for their strings to be attached to one another. Kaoru will continue to think of bad thoughts if Hara is still connected to the girl and the stress of always having that feeling of something looming over you like 'what if he leaves me for her?' is stressful asf and so bad for your health.)
I really wish for their strings to attached to one another.
Can someone spoil me?
Who's the male lead? is there even one?
Uh if you read the comment below yours, it already tells you.
Ah so it's the prince then. I thought she might've a different male lead.

I read some comments & there's potential that it's Kyle a knight. I think he's the one who appears on the 1st chapter (in the manga) with brown hairs
I think she/he meant that if there's gonna be romance with a male lead or like an important man character. The prince is a scumbag & is only here to add drama to the novel
Spoiler: ...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
It's Kyle, the young boy she saves in chapter 3 - I think...
He tries his hardest but she doesn't see him as a man and the kids gets in his way on purpose. Those reading the novel is mostly cheering him on even though she's around 10 years older than him. In the translated chapters of the novel he's trying his best to make her notice him but to no avail. There hasn't been any romance.
its about a mother & her daughters doesn't need a guy except for killing.
Totally agree (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
A single mom raising two kids is more realistic than a BS romance with a fairytale prince
