Unfortunately cant send images here. The faceshapes are smaller/narrower/shorter. They added few details here and there. They added a panel in chapter 1, haven't checked other chapters if they added some too

The original uploader is to blame for the panels, and the quality. I checked them side by side on a few parts of chapter 4 and they were identical. I think the original uploader must have screenshot them differently is my guess
I don't think the added and altered details were quality issue as there were changes on some parts on few chapters. Mc suddenly having all his hair shove in his cap definitely isn't because of the quality change
I also did check the raws tho. The artist definitely redraw the face shape to make it look narrower/smaller

This is insane and wild ahaha I'm glad I decided to give this a go. This may be full of red flags but damn, the story and pacing are really good! Characters are great tho would love it if they also include ML and twins backstory. Hoping to see side stories. Would want unhinged BL stories like this one!
