People are so prompt to accuse others of rape thses days? Do you understand the gravity of this accusation...Rape isn't something to mention left and right like this!
These two are in a RELATIONSHIP, and yes, while I do agree that rape can happen even between long term couples it's still something very delicate to pin point. People get drunk all the time, does this mean all drunk people can't have sex with their spouse/partner? and if they do then their significant other is automatically a rapist and a beast? What the hell? If you consent to have sex with your partner day after day after day while you're sober doesn't that mean that your partner will naturally assume you want them just as much as they want you regardless? I mean what changes? (and by the way,I, personnally, didn't thumb you down)

What we saw here is rape, hell he was so drunk, he had to be carried home, he is far beyond being conscious enough to give consent. WTF does them being in a relationship have to do with anything? When one is sober and the other is drunk (i mean really drunk, like here) its rape.

It is NOT. The defining factor of rape is non consent. Was there any indication of non consent? or, given the situation, any reason to "assume" Soohwa "would be non consenting" had he been sober? No.
In fact, Soohwa was still recognizing Yohan, since he adressed him with his name and all...Seriously, the message I'm trying to deliver here is that a rape accusation is very serious and grave. You don't just throw the word around subjectively. It's terribly agressive and it demonizes men in the eyes of society even the ones who don't deserve so (BTW, I say "men" simply because most of the time, they're the ones in the accused seat even if reverse rape is totally possible and happens more often than we think)

Bruh you are one of those people abusing this sensitive topic left and right just because it suits YOU. First, they BOTH had plans to continue where they left off. Second: Soohwa wasn't forced to have sex, even though he was drunk, he wasn't against it because he was okay with his loved one WHOM he was looking forward to having sex with. Third: Yohan DID stop when asked (not in the sense that he was against it but mostly because he couldn't "cum" anymore) and Soohwa, gave him permission to continue. Fourth: When Soohwa sobbered up, he wasn't mad at Yohan or accused him of forcing sex on him or "rape" as you put it. Fifth: I do understand it's not right to take advantage of someone who's intoxicated but this was NOT the case.

I dont throw around rape lightly and i don't trust women blindly (Amber Heard case atc) but in this particular case it was rape...when one is not in mental state to give consent and the other person is, it is legally considered rape.I don't mind reading rape in fucked up stories, but when it's supposed to be in all lovey dovey stories, im gonna call it out. I really hope both of you will grow out of this mindset before you yourself do this kind of thing, or you will "just take if" from your future partner.

I do agree if the uke would seriously not be in a mind of deciding things. Which isn’t the fact here. He wasn’t sober but he wasn’t out of it. Cause you seem to ignore the fact that he firstly knew what was going on, he was able to think and to talk, he knew it was yohan, he sincerely wasn’t in a state in which he wanted to escape the situation ( because when you’re being raped you’re either completely out of it and therefore not giving consent because you’re not able to, which would be rape or you are awake and really not wanting it, like not at all with all of your heart and mind and in some cases struggling with your body too but both of those things weren’t the case here. The uke even consented to sleeping with him. He ACTIVELY did so. He said, he doesn’t want to stop after yohan stopped. His consent in this case wasn’t just him not saying anything or him just saying yes. Because then I would understand your point and say : “yes he could be pulled in because he’s drunk”. But here he actively had the chance to stop and think (and he was able to do so! He definitely was sober enough) and he chose to continue.
I definitely understand if you’re not okay with it. Because I don’t like the reason why yohan started it either. But I wouldn’t agree to you and others saying this particular thing was rape.
