Im also a beginner but I can share on what I do, I use medibang paint or ibispaint to redraw. I usually draw on my ipad but I sometimes draw on my phonr too, hope this helps ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
oh and Medibang paint and ibispaint are both apps you can download at the playstore the're both free. I do'nt have much tips to give since im a beginner as well but its better to erase the watermarks by using the eyedrop ti copy the color underneath (≧∀≦)
