Ren’s dad and mother are getting back in the picture and Lewis, the guy in the flashbacks that Ren must’ve hurt in some way woke up from a coma. We’re in America and we’re finally about to learn what’s happened in Ren’s life that made him so traumatized. Skip Beat is about to end. It’ll probably end in about a year or so with the rate of chapters, but I have a feeling this is almost over. Ren and Kyoko are kind of together and this is clearly starting to unravel.
Okay so that’s not Lewis, that’s Sho. But it clear we’re still getting there ╥﹏╥ I don’t know how long it’ll take because again the chapter rates are actually kind of insane, but that’s why we’re in America and that’s why we’re seeing Ren’s family again. I really just want to know so bad, I don’t want to wait. But we get what we get ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

What do you mean it's coming to an end??? Σ(っ°Д °;)っ like all others I've been here for years now! And I can't accept it ending with just finding out ren's backstory. I also need more of kyouko!!! Like to see her in more and different roles, see her making a name for herself. And then sure we can end it up with a wedding haha. Gimme 10 more years of this, I don't mind.

It’s my supposition that it’ll be ending soon and by soon I don’t have a clear grasp on that either. The story is wrapping a lot of the main plots and that’s what I meant by that. We’re getting to the point where things are finally being addressed now it seems, that’s all. However, it’s clear that we might have a year or so left, not too much longer.
After how long it's been, one year or so doesn't seem enough haha especially with such disperse updates, although I understand the author is sick so of course can't complain about that.
I really hope we'll get a bit more than just ren's story and the end. I want to see more of kyouko being an amazing actress. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

Derek is the way he is now because he is trying to make up for losing Yvonne or evening going to the market in the first place, in his mind its easier to blame the "Villainess" than face his own guilt and thus falling deeper into the brainwashing pit making it harder to fight back even if he wants to.
Still though you can't help but feel a bit of resentment towards him.
Alright anyone who has read the novel spoil it for me, how is the ending? is it any different? And how so. Still weirded out by how Yato is disguised as a human using her father's body but overall not mad she ended up with Yato i'm just sad how miserable this ending is for Ja Hyun

The spoiler of ending: Jahyeon, who was drunk, saw from the bar's window that a beautiful couple is there, the man hugs the woman and the woman smiles beautifully for him. By the time the went into carriage and it moved, Jahyeon realised who was it and ran from the shop tailing the carriage screaming Soru! Soru!, he dare not to take off his eyes from it. In desperation he stole a horse and chased it, it went towards the mountain and he ran through the forest where he saw two people ascending towards the sunset. He started calling out again Soru! Soru! but his voice didn't reached them even though it was loud and clear. His heart sank and he realised he can never forget her and is doomed to live his whole live in her remeberance. As he left the forest with slumped shoulders he hear the song of the Goblins

You can scroll all the way to bottom! The ML and FL were still at the mountain setting. It’s slightly better, in my opinion, since the novel has some details that were probably not fully brought over for the drawing entirely. But the scene and moment were pretty much the same
The scene you were stating is near the ending, but not at the end, I’d say a few paragraphs before it.

They do! But technically, it’s near a mountainous area, so they get a pretty scenery since there were a bunch of flowers near it, I believe is what it depicted!
