WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?!?!
I am horrible with names so I will be describing them. The main uke is in love with the main seme right? So why did he sleep with his EX seme??? Who is married?? He has no idea what is going to happen after his pushed his main seme to get married (who ISNT married btw) but he is going to join into another bad relationship with his ex seme?? WHO DID I MENTION WAS MARRIED!? And why did the ex seme take him from the hospital like that? Taking advantage of him while he is weak first of all but the uke knew what he was doing (going so far as to say hurry up?!?!) And I want to know! Did the "ex uke" of the baker, die? Or what happened? Did I miss when they said it? And WHY is the "old friend from school" so interested in their relationship what was over so long ago? Wasn't he the one who pretty much ruined it?? I'm so confused....

Ah, well the main uke found out that the main seme (blondie rich baker) was using or being nice to the main uke, because he felt guilty/had lingering feelings for the ex-uke (abused cocky kid).
{Who died, at least I think. The author might bring him back for drama. ┑( ̄へ ̄)┍}
The ex-seme (sunbae with pretty eyes) is/was married, he may have gotten a divorce or he is just plain cheating. Haha. Asshole.
The main uke is also having problems, he doesn't know if he is in love with the main seme (blondie rich baker), or using him as a substitute.
The main uke has some complicated feelings about the ex-seme (sunbae with pretty eyes) therefore he is sleeping with him.
I also noticed that main uke has a sliiiigght problem with being weak to pushy assholes (especially when he is angsting or feeling sick.)
The old friend from school is trying to make nice to alleviate his 'guilty feelings' or is just being a nosy asshole.
Hope I didn't make it too confusing. I used descriptions instead of names, so hopefully that helped.
Someone tell me if I got anything wrong. I just got around to reading chapters 30-41, so I may have forgotten some of the story plot from the previous chapters.

Well, that's what the sister (who turned out to be a bit more than a bitch) said to the main uke. I don't think the main seme confirmed or debited that his feelings we're just a projection of what he felt for the "dead for the moment" uke. I think he actually cares for the main uke, but I don't know.
But yeah, good summary, that's pretty much it.

Okay so the main uke still loves Sunbae (ex seme)? But "might" love the rich baker (main seme)??? What was the point in getting us to LOVE the baker (and having the title be what it is) if he is just going to go back to Mr. cute eyes (who we couldn't help but HATE becuz of how much of an asshole he was to uke)?

The main uke is conflicted, he wonders whether he is actually in love with the baker or if he is just using him as a substitute for his senior (Mr. cute eyes).
The more we love the baker, the more shocked and upset we get when we find out his true colours. Some mangakas like to start off twisted/dark/dramatic stories with semes/ukes that are lovable, just for the plot twist later. As for the title, well it is about
the baker on the first floor.
Just because the main uke is sleeping with the senior, doesn't mean he is now going to end up with him. Haven't you ever read a manga in which the uke slept with the ex/second seme, while he was involved with another seme?
As of yet, we don't know which seme the main uke will end up with. I'm guessing the baker, but who knows? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It is true that the sister was the one to tell the main uke about the ex-uke (can he even be called that?), but I kind of feel the main seme is/was using the main uke as a substitute. Sure, the main seme probably does have feelings for the main uke... but I feel like he cares BECAUSE the main uke looks so much like the ex-uke.
Sorry, I can't really explain it that well, I know what I want to say, but I can't put it into words. Ugh. Basically, I don't really trust the baker or his feelings. In fact, I don't trust anyone's feelings in this manga, including the main uke. Everyone is either a bitch, an asshole, or an indecisive adorable person who deserves better people in his life and should just run away, find a nice guy, and make gay comics.

I am legit pissed off right now... I read a few comments and every one was happy for them but I was not! I mean... why talk up the childhood friend so much if they weren't going to end up together?? Why stop them from going all the way the first time if they were just gonna end up together in the end?? I am seriously not happy with this ending. Ou-san didn't even confess!! Nope. Im not happy. If they are happy now then so be it. I'm happy for them. But I don't think the story was written good enough to properly show me that they truly belonged together and they aren't just fooling themselves.

Well, since you shared your opinion let me share mine:
Not every homosexual love ends in a happy end. A couple of best friends falling for each other is quite rare, which makes this more realistic. And in the other chapter Ou gives his friend a lslight hint, in order to not damage their relationship he's holding back.
Also love doesn't always hits you with a BAMM in your face. You might have have crush on the person you like, but developing a deeper love comes when you come to know the other person :)

Then you are not the kind for a subtle story telling. Yes, feelings were not conveyed upfront but the context is there in the story, it just depends on how you look at it. He did confess but when he did you know he was already giving it up. He knows that he doesn't like Koba that much anymore as he is longing for Inumura(cant remember) more. Inumura as well has feelings for his brother, but he had feelings for Ou-san as well. Yes their feelings aren't whole for each other at that point, but it's already a good starting point for them. We don't know what actually happened between the lines but they look like they working out well. Sometimes things don't have to be discussed upfront.

the reason why the childhood friend was brought up so much is to show ou's despair and his feelings. not to show there is gonna be a story for them. the reason why they didn't go all the way in the beginning even though they're gonna end up together anyway is because ou was scared and still confused about his feelings and because inumura isn't an asshole who is forceful. and i can agree that their feelings weren't clearly written out all throughout the manga because even then they were still sorting out their feelings, but at the same time, you can feel how they're both deviating towards each other. so chapter 7 is the frosting on the unfinished cake where we see that they've been together for 5 years and are moving in together. happy ending.

Trust me I know all this and more of what you guys are saying. I am 30 years old and at one point in my life I thought I was gay (for like 10 years). I know the implications of this story but if you remember the move City of Angels? We fell in love with their story and what happens at the end?? They kill off one of the main characters. I just don't think they should have made the first 5 chapter about Ou-sans love for the best friend with the slight hints about something coming from the now boyfriend and then marry off the best friend like everyone was going to be happy about it. It was just frustrating for me to fall in love with the best friend and then have to move over to a new prospect in the span of days in yaoi terms and 1 chapter in RL. Rant over.. sorry.
So.... at this point I think it needs one...
