FL possessed Lizelle while knowing the novel contents. Lizelle used to be an extravagant spoiled lady, basically put her family in debt cause she spends so much. She finds Lapel(the kid) through novel knowledge to get the money reward from the Duke to pay their debts but also got attached to the kid.
Duke didn't believe at first since they've been fooled by many, but the medicine to prove if lapel was the nephew ran out so needed to wait for a month. Duke fell in love in this month, Lizelle is still kind of iffy since she still thinks that the Duke is only marrying her for lapel.
The duke's father (dead now) didnt approve of the relationship of lapel's dad (duke's brother) and the commoner so kicked out, and when lapel and his mom went to the ducal estate after lapel's dad died, they got into a carriage accident.
It's implied heavily that it was orchestrated so intro to the antagonist. There's the black haired red eyed guy who wears a mask who wants lapel dead or alive. He sends this heterochromatic eyed, white haired guy to infiltrate, This is the cat that got binded to the mansion. No known reason so far for why they want lapel rn?
Anyways, rn we are in the about to get married, about to go to a party to introduce lizelle as his wife to be.

They changed THIS WHOLE SCENE I thought they were just gonna skip over the graphic parts but they also progressed the plot here already? Now I'm actually kinda looking forward to how they do this differently
