Ahhh, well it’s hard to make a guess since we haven’t been told much about the state of the world. We don’t know how strong humans are compared to boss monsters so we don’t know if it means he’ll eventually have to kill them or if it means he’ll eventually be stuck in a constant stage of crazy starvation. Best thing would be a land of demons and what ever where there’s plenty of monsters and of varying levels that seem to just get higher and higher
one can only expect tragedy out of such curse.

if he can't hack the sword possession he will end up like all the others who held this word before: dead.
what the sword is teaching him now is only how to gain time, but that makes sense since if it had the answer the previous holder would have solved 'the issue' (whatever it may be, and freed 'it').
it only takes one mistake for him to be somewhere where the food would not be enough. even if he keeps the plan he has right now, he can only 'go so far'. he needs to plan well enough, where to go and when, and more important as his food grow stronger we can only expect it to be harder 'for him to eat'. imagine if something is super strong, wouldn't they notice there is a 'monster' going around killing everything? for now no one noticed because he is simple killing fodders, but his luck should run out eventually.
the plot will probably go in the direction of him hacking the sword, or breaking some seal. maybe the one talking to him is cursed and was some existence, maybe a demon or god whom was sealed. his fate may be to bring 'them' all together, he already got two of the sins.
Yeah I can see something like that happening, a joining of all the sins to break the curse kind of thing, but I really feel like there’s going to be sin users that will join him then he’ll bump into an opposing faction that believe differently than him, like he doesn’t kill innocents, so whatever plans they make with get disrupted
yeah, for sure they will not all get along well. he may force the ones who don't want to join him tho, kill and rob or something. maybe 'eat' them too, unfortunately we don't know enough to be sure what path the author will chose. it could be something completely different too.
one point i want to rise is that they should be in a situation better than him.
his time is running out way faster. since he 'needs' to 'eat', and that makes him stronger but also limits what he can eat, that is his sin/curse: gluttony. i can only assume the others will have different limitations, something related with their 'sin'.
he grows way faster but so the need to him to deal with his disaster (hunger). mc sword had met this girl before, probably when he was being held by another creature. and she is still here, while the glutton sword has a new owner. we could assume most of the other sins end up living longer, but not the glutton, since he is in a cycle without end, where his speed towards absolute power but also destruction accelerates exponentially. so while he may really have an urgency to solve 'this curse', maybe the others don't feel such urgency, some may even like living their sin.
one example would be imagine lust being the head of a prostitution organization, 'they' being strong due to lust wouldn't come as that much of a curse if 'they' really liked that kind of life (lust needing a lot of sex). another example would be being a greed merchant/emperor (greed needing to own a lot of valuables).
their needs should be different is what i think, maybe mc is the most 'tragic', as he should live a short but explosive life. this came to mind because i don't sense much urgency from that girl, and the sword simple told mc to not provoke her, what is fitting you know, maybe once her anger begins to take form it takes a lot to stop, fitting the wrath sin.
Hmm, you guys forget something the sword ability that takes % of his status, so maybe by keeping giving status will be able to keep hunting same type for longer if area with very strong monsters either that or maybe skills can somehow evolve or training type to control, sword greed in a way feeds on him maybe can keep him balanced while taking his status and gluttony feeding ..
