I was in the hospital about 10 years ago and there were a man there who had been in a car crash. Due to damage to his brain he always felt hungry no matter how much he ate. I felt so sorry for him. The nurses were weighing all the food for him so he didn't get more than his needed calories since he could otherwise eat himself to death.
