officer attempts to taze Sangwoo, who dodges then slashes at the officer, who drops the tazer---
officer runs away and picks up the tazer along the way--
skipping movement intricacies---
the only one with a knife that could make someone bleed is still Sangwoo if the officer doesn't have any hidden weapons on him (which I doubt he does) and noting how the officer looks down at the place where the knife would have hit while sweating whereas Sangwoo simply stares at it with malicious intent and that there are only 2 pair of feet on the floor with blood (meaning there is no bum for all the bum theories)---
