Because its just more respectful to use the right terminology for each country and language. Many Korean things aren’t very recognized and to call it a manga just makes it less distinguishable which country it comes from.
That's a stretch. Who even looks for accuracy in a comment section (i.e. I don't think many particularly care). And just because someone didn't use the complete accurate term, I highly doubt that equals disrespect. If asked, I'm sure people know and will refer to it as a korean manga and not a japanese manga.
