Okay I get the main character and the childhood friend whom was 'burned' by him and still adores him. But the one I don't get is the brother.
I think he’s been taken care of since the mc was a kid, and even though he wants his younger brother to have fun, he’s kinda scared that he’s gonna die alone. So I think his feelings are really mixed between that. Like I don’t think he’s bad I think he’s just scared since he’s very ill.
get sick, get hit on by hot guy, don't reject hot guy, get inspired, pass out, wake up to question everything yet not be upset though a bit annoyed with the marks. While the other guy is fretting that his confession might have fallen on deaf ears
cute and we got some sexy time. There is some good development. And I feel like we will be cheering on the kids too.

And the last seme which was the second boyfriend got turned on by his love being raped, got upset at his love for trying to protect him by going with the insane ex of his, and then decides to be possessive to the degree of biting his love's neck. I don't think our main is going to make it out of this manga alive.
