I usually do not like misunderstanding trope but I guess it can't be helped in this manhwa since it served as the catalyst for a better relationship for them. Well this was wholesome (above other things). Poor MC is probably watching a horror movie for the first time(? in a very long time now at least). His poor heart! As someone who have never willingly watched a horror movie, I'd cover my face too.
Also I just feel sad that what MC feels for the ML is just so pure, that admiration goes above and beyond, but ML had to be the biggest dick ever (pun intended).

A lotta the kiss scenes got touchy feely but they cut all that out too. So it’s not JUST the end thats nsfw. Maybe next season will have a lot more mature scenes so theyr thinking ahead >_<
