From my point of view Sam exactly knows Henry's feeling but I'm sure he can't blurting things out when Henry himself decide not to mention anything to him. I mean from what I see Sam did a lot of skinship to make Henry give him a feedback. And Seth, I wish Henry put a clear line for him before he getting hurt more than this. I love Seth.
But it just my opinion, everyone have their own reason about something they read.
