I think it's cause either when translating from Chinese they picked the wrong one to describe the gender (the characters are pretty much the same with like one little difference) , or maybe she herself hasn't noticed yet as it's young and as a stag hasn't developed the full antlers
I think it's a translation thing. From the very start FL knew that Bai Ze was a male. When the wolf got depressed because he found out Bai Ze was male FL had asked how he hadn't noticed before so yeah she definitely knows.

German, at least the empire shuli is in. The regions are divided similar to ours. Bismark was a key figure and some names in this webtoon have mixed with Latin as well. 'Safavid' is middle eastern - think Iran - which was shown through the Pasha princess's tanner complexion

There's a lot of people in the comment section calling the Emperor a "dumbass," "jackass," or etc, but I can't completely agree or be mad at him. It is true that it was stupid on his part to leave the twins with their nutjob of a mother, and should have thought it out better.
However, we know he meant well because he didn't want to kill them or let any harm befall them (which is ironic because that's EXACTLY what happened), and some small part of him maybe even thought that they would be better off with their mother, especially since they resembled him.
But even though he had good intentions, a mistake is a mistake, and that mistake hurt the twins quite severely; had they had the true mindsets of 5-year-old children, then the mental and emotional scars would have run even deeper and affect them more gravely. The phrase "Ignorance is also a form of sin." is a saying for a reason.
Since the mistake has already been made and cannot be changed, what he does for them from here on out will be the most important. But I'm sure that things will get better because the cover is a dead giveaway.
