the princess is such a bitch for no reason I hope our MC starts fighting back w/ her like she does with everyone else. She's going against the Duke for gods sake but takes the princesses sly comments with a smile on her face... For two, he had no idea who she is at the time. For three, Edith is the heroine and she's not going against the plot by treating her with care just as she isn't going against the plot by trying to get AWAY from Ares. For four, she already stated she tried to deviate from the second version of the novel and had no luck. Those bits and pieces people miss do seem to add up don't they?

Yes there is a sequel however it got licensed so nobody is going to translate it. If y’all want to read it, y’all are gonna have to buy it. As a broke college student, this makes me sad, but hey, at least we have the option
