I feel bad for him. Even if his an abusive bastard, no one deserves the abuse he also went through and you can see that his abusing Ruby comes from the sick way the pope treated them. Before anyone comes at me no I do not simp or like him, he is revolting and I hate his gut but I do feel bad for the child he was. It wasn't his fault how he ended up like bc he was too weak not to repeat the cycle of abuse

I dunno I think of dropping this....I mean I would've continued reading it if we had a dilf but we got sad excuse of one that looks like her bf or brother. He just doesn'tlike her father, like if i skipped few chapters and didn't read the beginning I would've wondered if they have some daddy kink or something. Nora father is very frustrating character to me like dude you are going to lose all the connections with your son if you keep choosing elders, other children and a family over your own son. Its crazy how he treats Nora and the way he treats Shuri and crown prince... it would make you think that they are his children and not Nora. Like i get in that Era, it was important hoe family looked the most bc that way you had connection and Elder were the one you HAD to listen but it still annoys me bc he is on Shuri side and he spoke in her defense, why is it not right when Nora does it like ig it would spark controversy that they have something going on. I dunno

It has something to do with the first Queen (the one Shuri resembles) and her request before she died I think. It’s unfair and very pathetic of him to hold on to that single thread of what she left for him , and use it to make his son AND wife suffer mentally
I knew that he cared for shuri bc sh3 looks like Ludovika. Like Shuris ex husband married her for that reason but its really pathetic in my opinion, groen ass man can't get over their love and are making it everyone's problem
Isy actually cool that heads know that he was reincarnated, that like a first time that happened and I like that mc isn't hiding his powers bc thats such an annoying trope in my opinion plus dragon is really cute and pretty

I don't think he realized it's not ruby. I get how these chapters are showing us his side but at the end of the day he is an unreliable narrator for me. I can't see how him physically abusing her after this incident makes any difference but ig that's me and of course other people have their own thoughts. Also for me, he was abusive to her before too, maybe not physically but he still chose the supposed father's way. He manipulated her according to his needs, I don't think he ever cared about what she wanted, he didn't want her engagement because he liked her, he agreed to the engagement 'cause he got beat up. I didn't really think of it that way so thank you for making my view point bigger but I always had a sick interest in everyone's view point so even if I hate him, I still wish to know more about the character and what this story those pretty greatly is give us a hoos story and they don't make big bad villain just a big bad villain and I like that. Oh and im not sure if the way that i worked my og comment or other two but im not blaming anything on og ruby or ruby. They are victims in this story that just wanted to be loved and seen. He was a victim as a child but he grew up to be just like his adopted father and that is tragic in my opinion but im happy ruby broke the curse
