They put time and energy into characters and you can see it, each and every character(that is important) has thier own reasons for acting the way they do and they aren't overlooking traumas and hardships of othe people(like fl in her previous life) plus for once mother is a live, kind and not a nice but actually a person and her husband actually respects her
