It was the only chapter that was blurry after that the other ch are fine. I've learned that there are a lot of manga stories that has a few chap's that are blurry nothing to do with your phone or internet. Plus if you check with the other manga sites that carry the same stories they have the same problem same chapter will be blurry. Except the buy in apps they seem to all be clear I wonder why that is? (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
I think i figured a way around it. I downloaded the blurry pages and they became unblurry
