I felt disappointed but if think logically, it natural happened like that because lucius have the real mission to be an emperor not just a king for one empire and also paulina is not woman who was fast to fall in love and she was most aware of her position. So when she got drunk and had one night stand with emperor and had child it's look more to the story not just romance shoujo that always flutters our heart. Whatever happen in between hope at the end, thay will be together.
I guess its time to face the reality because the medieval era is really like that where the emperor doesn't only have 1 lover and it is not all about lovey dovey stuff:((

If there is a cliche about the story but something rare will create by author in the story. So, the result we felt various feeling that blend together. Like I watch Korean drama....hahaha
