In my opinion the most satisfying way to end this is leaving it the way it is now, with an open ending, but with Yuu accepting Tsubaki's feelings and promising to be together when Tsubaki grows up.. I mean I don't know about you but I don't want to see Yuu coldly rejecting my baby (but of course he has all the rights to do so) but I also know they can't be together now either. And you all definitely don't want a time skip, trust me. It always turns out shitty.. so this seems like the best way for everyone
