It has already been confirmed to them that Chaewoo is a healer from the reports of him healing others and also by listening to his songs so they immediately ASSUMED that it was Chaewoo's voice who did the destruction (because both Chaewoo and Sejin during the castration started screaming at the very same time). Also Kang Giha already knows about the destructive part of healer's song from his father's research paper and also because he witnessed a healer killing his father in front of him.
