James happened to make a sculpture that looked exactly like ilyan years before that met each other, once they met James was like “I’ve met my muse aka the one who looks like a my art piece” and is basically obsessed with him now
rereading this and it’s still one of my top three faves. i honestly really wanted more of dunno and kang bc they’re dynamic was really interesting + both those characters themselves were very interesting.
