Because the protagonist was tricked by the man selling the cabbage, he said if she threw a cabbage down a cliff, she'd get unlimited cabbage from his shop, so she bought a cabbage to throw down the cliff. It was late at night so the protagonist couldn't see well in the dark. And it was just at the cliff when the protagonist throws the cabbage did they realise it was actually lettuce in the moon light.
She'd been tricked and was now on a journey to get revenge, in the second book of course.

Aria is kinda annoying at times, but I actually enjoy her character because:
a) She and Magnus genuinely like each other.
b) She isn't around enough for me to actively dislike her.
lol, option b) is the best!
Every time I read this I get annoyed that more chapters aren't translated (a little bit, it's not the translators' fault) because I know for a fact that there are around 50 chapters out in the raws.

I mean, while the story is all over the show, the art is really cute and the characters are kinda adorable sometimes.
Ugh. This skipped out the music scene and the embroidery scene.
