Yeah, the original translator, sunbaejin, went on a kind of hiatus of sorts from chapter 6 onwards. However, recently a new group ( https://b1tcheskillers.wordpress.com/?ref=spelling) began translating from where sunbaejin left off. In chapter 14 subaejin announced that they were bored and officially dropping their translation; but luckily the new group should be translating from now on. Thanks to the new group we'll be able to continue this manhwa!! :)

Sorry, I don't think the new translators have established a set schedule yet, but they do seem to be very efficient and quick (around a week between most recent updates).
But I'll just let the author take me where she wants to. Why whine of this and that. Just read.

I find this manga really beautiful, characters and story wise. It's refreshing to see an uke that doesn't blush all day long. And I think it's pretty realistic that since Naoki was the older of the two, a certain 'arrogance' if you may call it will naturally show. It's not the random he fell in love in an instant. I guess, this is a great way to start a volume. Then Naoki's emotions would probably pan out. That's just my thoughts. This kind of pacing in a manga is generally intended for those slow burn ones. And I love it. XD
LoL, a whole sentence just disappeared with my comment. I mean it's good for a start of the first volume. Then if ever there's the second volume, probably that's where Naoki's emotions would start panning out. :D
