I mean there’s still room for character development? And by looking at how she’s doing when they asked for the ML’s help during their presentation she would make a pretty good fl if she continues to have character development scenes. But eh, I can totally see ur point xD

1. They clearly showed he wasn’t a playboy since people misunderstood his relationship with the other girl on their own.

2. While they were indeed engaged, He was basically harassed by the original villainess who was so obsessed with him that she went as far as to poison the girl whom she mistakenly thought was her rival.

So why exactly are you painting him as some kind of bad guy when he so clearly isn’t?

Probably because in the original story the OG ML have 7 wives, pretty big harem eh?

That’s just how it was back then; nothing wrong with having multiple wives or concubines. It might not be romantic, but it’s still not wrong. This was done to ensure the birth of heirs, for status, to form alliances, etc. As it’s often the case, those wives were most likely chosen for him by his own parents or advisors rather than by himself. Still doesn’t make him a bad guy.

I just stated some possible reason why the commenter called the og ML playboy is because he had several wives, im not saying its wrong, the commenter probably judge him based on modern perspective..im not agreeing with her thou , some spoiler also said this og!ml gonna be annoying character in the future

How is this like solo leveling? Just because the story has some dungeons it doesn't make it similar to it at all...

Doesn’t going back from the dungeon where everyone you came in with died and only you coming out just like solo leveling? And don’t get me started where every ‘high ranking’ hunter goes after him just because someone they know or maybe relative died while in the dungeon with him. Smh that is just really like solo leveling. And just as I said, I’m giving this story a chance that’s why I’m waiting for it to update.

There’s bunch of manga with this kind of plot before solo levelling. Just because SL is mainstream now doesn’t mean everyone follow SL plot. By your logic SL also copy older manga with this plot then. This plot has been everywhere eve before SL exist you just don’t read enough to notice

Ye ik, I’ve read some before. But I’m only pertaining to Solo leveling manhwa anyways, because that’s where the scene really reminds me of since it’s one of the novels that I’ve read repeatedly, and that’s only my opinion anyways because for me it’s like that.
