Am I the only one thinking that Nargal and Cliff are the same person?
The markings on Cliff’s face seem like a charm restricting his abilities. I think It would explain Nargal’s attachment and possesivness over Leon perfectly If that where the case.

What makes you think that? I mean I don't doubt it's a possibility, but I definitely wouldn't have come to that conclusion since they don't seem alike in the slightest to me. But I'm curious in the possibility
That's what I thought too....when I first saw cliff in season 1 I thought they looked so similar....and nargal is the only one to genuinely care for mc .....that's why I want nargal to be the end game but in s2 I want cliff to comeback or hope that nargal and cliff where the same

It’s mostly a feeling and could be wrong. It’s fair to doubt too since they have completely different attitudes in the scenes we’ve seen so far.
When Cliff was first introduced I immediately thought there where similarities to their appearances. Though Cliff seems much more kind and caring towards Leon a change in attitude could easily be explained through some yet unseen character development or by some misunderstanding between the two. For example if Cliff feels deeply betrayed by Leon for some reason that could have changed his behaviour.
Hmm that's valid. Anything is possible I suppose, I just hope our mc gets the good ending he deserves

Now both of the main caracters are students but in the flashback Risbel is chief? How does one get demoted from chief and go back to studying?

I think it's like chief among students/in academy? It seems kinda like a title that the best student gets since it looks like they're both studying in the flashbacks and currently as well.

The ending was so rushed that the plot in the last chapters felt flat and undeserved. I really loved the idea of Soru and Yato loving each other as “an unfeeling monster” and “ill-omen death-bringer” but their romance got such little space that it felt underdeveloped. The last chapters just rushed through major plot points to the point of even skipping stuff?
I saw a spoiler from the novel that said something about Soru losing her memories (as well as her feelings for Jahyun) before developing a relationship with Yato which seems way more appropriate. I can’t imagine her moving on without ever seeing Jahyun again when she has been so attached to him for the majority of the story.
