Rereading chapter 5 again, chapter 6 should have been them going on that trip they were planning and both of them talking it out/coming to terms with soma’s feelings for yoshida or something like that. Like it feels kinda jarring to read the ending for ch 5 and then jump straight to ch 6 like that
