For example. In the beginning for her escape, she doesn't do any research or have a concrete escape plan. She wasted 4-5 yrs. She just burst out crying after being caught. What kind of "prosecutor" is that? If she did have clever plans, I wish the author would've shown us.
Who the hell asks straight out if your "villianous" husband has a deal with ur father? Obviously after all the things she did, of course they have a deal. But she should figure out What kind of deal. Isn't she a prosecutor???? "Please tell me what it is"... girl u a prosecutor! Find out. Ask more probing questions, investigate, connect the dots. What is the use of this prosecutor background when the author is not going to use it? It feels like the author just slapped on the "prosecutor" label to make her "smart" without actually showing us.

Gworl. I get what you're trying to say, but characters in a story can only be as smart as the author or atleast as smart as the effort the author put in. For the korean manhwa industry, with it needing updates every single week and mass producing stories, clearly the poor author probably didn't have time to flesh it out as well as you expected it to be.
Everything you say is valid but again, clearly the manhwa didn't put that much focus on it's mystery ish elements. But they really have done a good job with the characterisation and the plot and the overall coherence of the manhwa and you HAVE to agree that this one is way better than a lot others out there.
So cut the author some slack and read the story for what it is, instead of imagining a better story and expecting things that it wasn't designed to have from the first place.
Hmm, no. That is true to all mangaka, webtoon artist etc. And we still have great stories from other ppl. Heck sometimes even from ppl who do doujinshi. The excuse of not having time to flesh out your character so the story is not up to par is exactly that. The story is not up to par.

It's like those stories where they make the FL physical strong and keep hyping on it, only to have her be a damsel in distress and have the ML save her when she could have physical done it herself. well, the genre is rofan not a mystery thriller ish thing right? They've done amazing for a rofan, just not good enough to be a proper drama/mystery. Hence why I said, don't imagine and expect a new story instead of only looking at the story for what it is and criticizing it from that angle.
