I liked this story.... Wait don't hate me!! I can explain!!
I feel like(or more like hope so) the author didn't intend for the story to feel like it ended in happiness and rainbows. Since the story so far was laced in a dark blue feel.(the dark being for the sins happening though out. And the blue for the more sad undertones)
In the beginning we were all ready told that he, Shuu can from a rich family and that he had done something horrible to someone. Given the stereotypes of rich familys in manga and real life the audience can conclude that he may have been pressured, abused, or neglected.(or totally fine that had a happy life for all you pure peepz)Giving it that blue tone. And the horrible thing already laced it with a dark tone.
Introduced to the see Kazu, the love interest(you can tell by the cover), we soon found out he is the brother from a other mother. Then giving it more darkness(the sin of insest and obsession to the point of hurting others). We also find out he is not the brother, I think the author did this in order to lighten the load like, "Hey he's a dick but a lest he's not related!"
Never in this story, I feel like, you were supposed to feel a lovey-dovey feel. It is love in a since though it's an obsessive-controlling-manipulative love. I once read somewhere that most love starts from a bond of sweetness one minutes and a dash of jerk.(maybe that's why shoujo manga have to many cold and distant love interest) Shuu just likes sweetness and a carten of jerk.
Also I feel like it could be playing rollercoaster idea. One minute the relationship is a the worst and then next a honeymoon phase, then repeat. I felt it ended in a honeymoon phase were the abusie will feel like the relationship is fine. I feel lkie Shuu is only excepting Kuze only because of 2 reasons. 1. He feels bad for pushing him 2. He said he is like his dad. Shuu dad always seemed distant to Shuu and his sister growing up which could leave them with daddy issues.
So to me, this is way I like it. I will not go back to this thinking "oh, that was a cute story" but "man, that was simi-dark".
Or I could be over thinking, but to me it's what I got out of this. Don't agree or agree up to you just putting my ideas out there. This has been Evilcookie over and out.

Sorry but no. It wanted to be tragic/emotional/dark or whatever but fell flat on its face. I had no emotional connection or sympathy for any of the characters. Not one bit. The story had no depth in it. Poor story. Horrible characters. Somewhat decent art. That's it.

Ok I can't be the only one does anyone now what is going on. And I'm not stupid I can read complicated stuff I read "The Scarlet Letter". It just lost me at a very early stage like chapter 40. Does anyone get it or are they just here for the sex and good looking guys?

Around ch. 20 Kamio received the divine beast Tarupa's power, but it was corrupted because Garai (tarupa's previous contractor) performed a forbidden ritual in order to save Raki's soul. Kamio now has to feed off others' energy in order to survive, but he's only satisfied with Kouchi's energy. I believe Kamio's older brother was affected by Ren's power and wanted to feed off of Kouchi's energy too, the only way for them to do that is by physical touch. Kamio's older brother holds Kouchi hostage, drugs him, then rapes him cause he believes he'll receive more power/energy that way. Touya comes in and saves the day, locks the older brother in a barrier that slowly kills him (but i believe he let's him out but he still dies anyway or is in a coma).Touya and Kouchi agree to let younger Kamio feed off him in a restricted manner so he won't die)..i'm sure other stuff happened but i was too lazy to check back..that's up to like ch. 40..and of course everyone has questions about the three's power

No problem..the story can get diluted since there's so many characters and information..the rest of it is just them finding out more about their powers and memories, touya and kouchi being cute together...jun feeling lonely...kamio being kamio lol and there are more hot guys later on whoo! so make sure you catch up! =]

You know I'm still confused about who knocked Akira's soul out of his body? I know that Touya attacked Akira when he found out he raped Kou, but I'm unsure if it was a backlash to eating Kou's energy or Touya himself who harmed him. When Touya first arrived, I couldn't tell if Akira was slumped on top of kou (maybe unconscious), or if he was still in the middle of raping Kou when Touya arrived. The drawings aren't very clear.
If I had a degree in the way the brain works (see don't even know what's called) there would be so much that I could unravel. Like how Sangwoo could come faster by flossing then by Bum's mouth. Or way the dective can do such moral wrong even though he want to find the right. And even Bum who can hate Sangwoo, love, fear, despise all in one second.
But I don't have that degree so I can't even though I want to be able to understand this story by just seeing the smallest of details. I beat it would really change the way I veiw it.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧......(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜..........

Psych, man, it's callled psychology: study of the mind and behavioral, why we do what we do and such.
You don't need a psychology degree to understand what's going on. It could help you understand it better but looking at a reputable site on google can help too.
To understand the phenomena where a captive sympathizes with their captor look up "Stockholm syndrome" (not saying I agree or disagree with this but if you believe it's happening look it up to understand)
It will also help to look up information on abusive relationships and "trauma bonding"
To understand the phenomena where an abductor sympathizes with their hostage, essentially the inverse of stockholm syndrome, look up "Lima syndrome" (again not saying I agree/disagree with this viewpoint)
To understand how Bum behaves mentally look up "borderline personality disorder"
To understand how Sangwoo behaves mentally look up "antisocial personality disorder"
The last two will help you understand the mental illnesses of the characters but not necessarily the reasons behind their actions. Only Koogi has the answers to that and we can only speculate until we are given those answers.
Yeah I remember now thanks and I do know what's going on I'm not just sitting and thinking "oh what pretty pictures". I'll give you guys an example. Ok do you know Winnie the Pooh? Well people say that some of them (if not all have) have a mental illness. Thinking of the show that way did change the way I viewed it. Even though I know it's about a cute bear going on adventures with his friends.
Thanks for only noticing the stuff to make me look idiotic this conversation has been enlightening. (︶︿︶)=凸
