okay so yamada is actually a famous writer from like the early 1900s or around there japan. He killed a bunch of young boys so he could write books based on it.. he had 8 or something victims. since then yamada has been cursed to be killed by the reincarnations of the boys he killed...he doesnt die though.
terumichi was the last boy the orginal yamada killed orginally. So what happens in the end is yamada gets killed by all the orgional boys and then terumichi realises he was one of the boys that was killed.. Yamada and Terumichi decide to die together and so they have sex upstairs in Terumichis house and then afterwards Terumichi stabs Yamada in the neck with scissors ..that doesnt kill Yamada and then he realises he has to kill Yamada the way Yamada killed him..by being choked to death...and then Yamada dies and seems pretty happy about dying too?
